Welcome to the GO COURSE. It is an all-in-one missions study to bring you face to face with God’s global goal for the world and the part you can play in it.  GO combines prayer, reading, maps, Scripture, and exercises that can be completed by yourself, with another, or even a small group.  The Go Course has three aims. One, to make every reader aware of God’s global goals in the world. Two, to affect their heart with the needs in our world and the necessity of the church to meet them. And three, to mobilize every course taker to some sort of measurable action.

The GO COURSE is made up of five lessons and starts with a bird’s eye view of God’s will for the world and then narrows over time to focus on the role of the individual in the last lesson. One of the keys to this course is being able to differentiate between who is God and who am I and what has God done (and doing) and what must I do. Our role is crucial, but not central. Our role is secondary, but not primary.

Over the next five lessons you will come face to face with God’s overarching will, His work of the cross, His inspired Word, the state of the world we live in, and His plan to seek and save the world through the saved sinner. In each lesson you will meet peoples of the earth who live and worship differently than you. You will start every lesson praying for a specific region of the globe. Then, you will have an opportunity to read Scriptures, discuss and answer questions, map key events, and apply the topics for that lesson. Every lesson will end with a key takeaway moment. The goal is to write down one thing that made the biggest impression on you.
